Questions
The short version
What is edgi?
edgi is a learning game for iPhone. You play short interactive lessons, keep each idea you learn as a card, and your cards connect into a Map of what you're curious about.
How much does edgi cost?
edgi is free to download on the App Store. Pro is an optional subscription for heavy use.
How long is a lesson?
About a minute. Each lesson is built around one idea and asks you to do something with it: predict, tap, drag or answer.
What is a card?
A card is a record that you paid real attention to one idea. It isn't a grade. A card keeps growing after you earn it as you learn more around the same idea, from matte to foil to gold.
What is the Map?
Your Map places every card you've earned among the ideas it connects to, so you can see what you've explored and where it leads.
Is edgi on Android?
edgi is on iPhone. Lessons also play in any browser at edgi.tv/learn.
Who makes edgiedgi is made by Josh Shapiro, who has built learning products at Fiveable and Knowunity and teaches AI and entrepreneurship at NYU.
